OPTIME C1 lubricators
Schaeffler connected lubricators: OPTIME C1, C1 Pro and C4.

OPTIME C1 is the smart single-point lubricator in the OPTIME publication. It can screw onto a point or feed a line, it uses a CONCEPT1 cartridge, and the published dispensing time is 1 to 12 months. An adapter is described so that selected lubricators from other manufacturers can join the same system. FAG OPTIME C1 Pro and FAG OPTIME C4 are the further lubricators in that publication: C1 Pro for longer dispensing and higher outlet pressure, C4 for up to four points.
The publication states that Arcanol greases may be used in C4 up to NLGI 3 when line length is respected, and that other greases are listed up to NLGI 2, with compatibility left to the user to verify. FEX does not certify a third-party grease for this pump.

- FAG OPTIME C4
- Up to four outlets, piston pump, maximum pressure 70 bar. Dimensions 144 × 297 × 144 mm. Mass about 2.4 kg without a cartridge. Vertical mounting, maximum tilt 5°. Operating range −20 °C to +70 °C. Supply DC 24 V.
